You’ll have tools and a solid routine you can confidently continue on your own. Do I need special equipment? Nope. Just your phone/computer for check-ins and a quiet(ish) spot to sit. What if I miss a live meetup? That’s okay. You’ll have recordings and daily support in the group chat. How much time does it take daily? About 20–30 minutes total (or more, if you want to add on).
