One on one sessions are prepared for your own personal needs and will gradually change as you improve in your own practice. Classes will be adjusted to your level and needs with the focus on alignment, breath and meditation.

Meditation Accountability Program
This program is a good fit for anyone who is ready and willing to make the commitment to meditate everyday and make it a part of their daily routine, but lack the motivation to commit. Once we create the habit, you become your own teacher. Until then, until you feel comfortable to stick with your practice, the program will provide support, guide and teach your meditation practice. Either you are new at meditation or have been practicing for years, this program will help you to maintain structure and consistency.
Group setting classes. Friendly, compassionate and non-competitive environment to help you explore all the possibilities and benefits of a yoga practice. Yoga is for everyone, but not all classes are for everyone, so please check the descriptions and pick the class appropriate for your level.

9:30 - 10:45am
A mixed level of postures from EXPERIENCED beginner to advanced will be offered.
Class offers a complete spectrum of yoga benefits including increased flexibility, released tension, and strength of mind, body and spirit.
8:00 - 9:00am
Knowledge of Sun Salutations and basic poses recommended.
Warm up with Sun Salutations for a deeper connection to breath and body. You will be guided through energetic standing poses, mindful stretches and twists, heart and hip openers; all the essentials you will need in body, mind and soul to flow through your day!
7:15 - 8:30pm
Strech and Restore
All levels and no previous experience in yoga is required (prenatal/postnatal friendly)
Restorative yoga naturally opens and creates the space to deeply rest in positions of comfort while calming the nervous system and fully supporting the body, mind and soul.
Kids and Family Yoga
Ages - 4 to 16
Kids love to move, use and build their strength, they love to be challenged in a fun and safe environment. Building trust, and encouraging my younger students that they are able to anything, will always be my priority.
My classes include breath work, asanas (poses), games, partner poses, closing/sharing and relaxation.
Great for kids who like to be active while still learning.
Learning the benefits of breath, strong body, and being kind to others with yoga.
Perfect for birthday parties, or other social gathering.
After-school programs for schools or early weekends for Town Halls. (Request the idea to your school or Town)
