Details: 22 day course
3 weekly hour yoga classes - Focus on mobility/strenght, yoga flow, and stretching.
3 meet-ups (for meditation, breathwork, journaling, connecting)
A group chat access for daily check-ins, for accountability aspect
A workbook that we will go through, includes; 22 day positivity challenge, checklists, setting goals, journal prompts.
