With the changing season as we slowly enter the tail end of the year, that flies by before we know it I invite you to indulge in two hours to slow down and nourish youself with this upcoming Peaceful Pause: Restorative Yoga, Massage, and Sound Bath Journey.
No empty promises; this workshop is an immersive experience focused on relaxation and unwinding.
The workshop will include breathing exercises, to ground and balance. Gentle and slow movements; focuses on body awareness and flexibility. (All poses will be beginner friendly and gentle) The heart of the workshop lies in the restorative yoga section.
