With the holidays approaching, and biting cold weather arriving, I invite you to indulge in two hours for yourself with this upcoming Peaceful Pause: Restorative Yoga, Massage, and Sound Bath Workshop Journey.

No empty promises; this workshop is an immersive experience focused on relaxation and unwinding. We will start with breathing exercises, to ground and balance. As you start to feel the effects of breathing exercises we will continue with gentle and slow movement focuses on body awareness and flexibility. All poses will be beginner friendly and gentle.

The heart of the workshop lies in the restorative yoga section. While you are supported by props, and surrender into each position, a skilled massage therapist Erin Verdonik will work on releasing the tension stored in your muscles, providing both physical and mental relief. The gentle touch of the massage combined with the therapeutic postures results in a profound sense of release, leaving you feeling lighter, both in body and spirit. Throughout the workshop, the harmonious tones of relaxing music and singing bowls and gentle gong will amplify the overall sense of calm. All steps combined enhancing the meditative experience, guiding you further into a state of deep relaxation as we conclude our journey with meditation.

By the end of the workshop, you will feel the burdens of stress and tension have melted away, replaced by a feeling of lightness, calm and contentment. You will not believe how fast 2-hours went by.
