In the midst of your busy, stressful life, finding a moment of peace can feel like a luxury. With the changing weather, where nature starts to slowly bloom and transition I invite you to indulge in two hours to nourish yourself to ground, relax but also energize with this upcoming Peaceful Pause: Restorative Yoga, Massage, and Sound Bath Workshop Journey.
No empty promises; this workshop is an immersive experience focused on relaxation and unwinding.
The workshop will include breathing exercises, to ground and balance. Gentle and slow movements; focuses on body awareness and flexibility. (All poses will be beginner friendly and gentle) The heart of the workshop lies in the restorative yoga section.
