We are offering a special class to show our support to help survivors and front line workers of this earthquake tragedy in Turkey. This class will focus on mindful movement, breathwork and deep relaxation to bring inner peace and physical balance. Our goal is to support those affected by the tragedy and bring you a sense of calm and hope as we constantly face tremendous tragic events. During the class, we will use a combination of postures and breathwork to cultivate grounding and a sense of connectedness. We will close with a guided meditation to further deepen our sense of harmony and unity. Please join us in showing support and helping those affected by this tragedy. 100% of proceeds from this class will go directly to the relief efforts in Turkey to the ahbap organization.
