Our goal is to support those affected by the tragedy and bring you a sense of calm and hope as we constantly face tremendous tragic events. This class will focus on mindful movement, breathwork, deep relaxation, and full immersion in healing sound vibrations of the quartz bowls guided by a special guest Claudia Cuentos. We will also provide food at the end of this gathering. 

For this event, we suggest a $100 or higher amount of donations, but please know we set a minimum amount to $60 for anyone who absolutely cannot afford that amount.  For any other Peace for Poses classes, there is no minimum amount and can donate any amount. 

100% of proceeds from this class will go directly to the relief efforts in Turkey to the Ahbap organization. 

Location: 50 Brooklyn Avenue, Massapequa. (Just off Sunrise Avenue. The entrance is on the side of the building, across the street from the firehouse. (Up the stairs). Free Parking in the back of the building or on the street by the entrance.
