Class Description:

Meditative yoga practice in this little oasis to end our week on a good note. This class will include breathing techniques, meditation, and gentle movements with some challenging aspects that will help you build mobility and stability to maintain healthy, pain-free, movement in your body, class will conclude with relaxation. Suitable for every level and age of practitioners. Please bring layers as the mornings started to get colder.
