Let’s move, breathe and come together to practice and end our week on a good note. This yoga class will include gentle movements with some challenging aspects that will help build mobility and stability for a healthy body. Suitable for every level and everyone.

August 28th Saturday- 9am 

August 29nd - Sunday - 9am

Cost:

Cash $40 (includes 2 classes) Full amound due on the first class

Single Class: $20 Cash

**These two are make up classes for our cancelled dates for 7/25, 8/8 & 8/22. If you already paid for any of those classes you do not have to pay extra.
