Let’s move, breathe and come together to practice and end our week on a good note. This yoga class will include gentle movements with some challenging aspects that will help build mobility and stability for a healthy body. It is suitable for every level and everyone. We will keep our breath as the center of attention while creating awareness in our body and mind, and conclude the class with relaxation.
