Class Description:

Meditative yoga practice in this little oasis to end our week on a good note. This class will include breathing tecniques, meditation, gentle movements with some challenging aspects that will help you build mobility and stability to maintain healhy, pain free, movement  in your body, class will conclude with relaxation. Suitable for every level and age of practioners. Please bring layers as the mornings started to get colder.
