The rejuvenating session focuses on slowing your nervous system which helps the healing and repairing process of your body, reducing anxiety, and increasing immune functioning. Class includes gentle stretching and movement, breath work (pranayama), and meditation before we completely settle into relaxation with restorative poses. Leaving you feeling, balanced and relaxed. *In this class we use props. Props guide; - Bolster (Or bring a few regular bed pillows to take one or two beach blankets and stack them all together) - Strap (Or Belt/Not too Stretchy Long Bands) - Yoga Blanket (Or Beach Towel (looking for firmness) - Blocks (There isn't a better substitute for this prop, can try books) - Wall or Sturdy Chair - Optional; Regular Blanket (to cover yourself) Also, I highly recommend creating a calm, peaceful, and relaxing setting before you settle on your mat *If you sign up and cannot make it to live class please e-mail to get the recording
